Foundation Sacrifice in Dante's "Commedia" - Quinones, Ricardo J.

Analysing the "Divine Comedy", this work examines foundation sacrifice - the death of another that has become a parable for existence - as a theme that connects the three parts of the poem. In the process, the author examines Dante's "Purgatorio" and "Paradiso".
