They are about facing your fears, and the ability to be clear, about what it is that still needs to be worked on. The silver lining between heartache and healing is a perfect example of creating something out of the heart, even when said heart feels bruised. Some of these poems will make you feel strength, others leave you broken, a few might make it seem like time had been frozen. But there are also those that show darkness can be bright, by the end of this book, I realized, it is an art to turn shadows into light.
